Hiring Norv Turner was a BAD move. The guy has never succeeded anywhere as a head coach. I realize Marty was not so good in the playoffs. Jeez though, if you're gonna fire Marty and hire another coach at least make sure that you are upgrading and not weakening the team.

He let Wade and Cameron walk, and then fired Mary to hire Norv. :snicker:
