Not really a surprise considering number of FA's (i.e. Teague, Eddie Robinson :sucker:, Marcus Price, Moore, etc.)

Fish got 4 comp picks! Other AFC East got none.

Buffalo.com / AP (http://customwire.ap.org/dynamic/stories/F/FBN_NFL_COMPENSATORY_PICKS)

Five NFL teams will get four extra picks each in the April 26-27 draft as compensation for losing free agents a year ago.

The earliest pick will come after the fourth round, the 131st overall, which will go to Philadelphia for losing linebacker Jeremiah Trotter to Washington.

The five teams with four picks each are Baltimore, Green Bay, Miami , the New York Giants and St. Louis.

Chicago will get three picks while one each will go to Arizona, Cincinnati, Detroit, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Philadelphia, Seattle and Tampa Bay.

What determines the # of picks? I remember getting a few last year...

Players cut like Rob Johnson do not count. Highest draft pick has gone down greatly for they are phasing out picks.
