Fairchild's is going to be forced to play Trent Edwards

If he wants to keep his job he'll put the best man in his has. I can only see Trent getting better and leading us to bigger things. He is far superior to JP in many ways and has a much larger upside. The learning curve theory midly went out the window yesterday and if TE is used properly by Fairchild it will save his bacon.

They have faith in Trent, so do I.

Who the hell is Doug? Pretty sure his name is Steve and if DJ gets canned at the end of the year, Fairchild is out also.

no one's head is off the chopping block for winning at home against the Jets.

Don't get me wrong- I'm happy we won, but it takes more than that to make up for 3 games of complete futility to open the season (not to mention last year).
