All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

No. 33, the former track star and psychology major at Tennessee who was a 2004 free agent with the Bills, was thrown into a difficult situation against the Jets and responded well -- including an important INT.

Schobel..he rushed Pennington on that play, forcing him to not throw accurate, thus helping McGee to be in position to pick it off.
Pennington forced the throw. Watch Brett Favre take a massive hit just after he releases the ball to tie Marino's TD record. There was way more pressure on that play than against noodle arm.
If Schobel is so awesome, which everybody seems to believe around here, than he should have a very good game against Dallas. Look out Romo!!
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
Schobel- well, maybe if he had done something earlier in the game we never would have been in that situation. Supposed "stars" need to make an impact before the last 11 seconds of the game.

I totally agree with you. I'm simply trying to give them both credit for the game ending play.
I didn't come here to fight, I hate fighting. Life is way too short to spend it on fighting! Go fight with yourself, one of you will eventually win!
I think Schobel's overrated, but he did come up huge on that play. The picture in the paper is great. Schobel's hand is on Pennington's face, Pennington's eyes are closed, and he has the ball cocked back ready to throw. Hysterical photo.
