    Texans sign Erik Flowers!!!

The Houston Texans have claimed defensive end Erik Flowers. Flowers was a first round draft choice of the Buffalo Bills in 2000. In addition, the Texans have formally signed quarterback Tony Banks.

Flowers, 6-4, 273, played 15 games last season with the Bills, starting five. He recorded 37 tackles (20 solo), two sacks and four quarterback pressures. As a rookie in 2000 he played in all 16 games on special teams and in the defensive line rotation totaling 23 tackles (11 solo), two sacks and one interception.

Watch him sack Drew 4 times when the Bills play them this year. Not likely!

Flowers did try so for that I commend him. From people I talked to said he was a class act. He's the kind of guy you want to succeed but unfortunately he did not have the talent. I wish him well...

Yeah, I wish him well too. It's not his fault our FO was dumb enough to take him in the first round.
