he sucked down the stretch but it's his 2nd career start on nat'l television. jp would've thrown his usual 80 yard performance.

why the hell does the defense always give everything underneath. how many games do we have to lose on last second field goals because of it.

edwards did suck though(down the stretch), no excuses. hopefully he learns from it.

Ok easy on Edwards, the kid played well. There should really be a 24 hour policy on emotional losses for the Bills. The ball was tipped and picked off. ONE MISTAKE. There was no running game to speak of and he still played extremely well and everyone knows it. After this performance I'm on the Edwards band wagon as well. The kid has poise and understands how to move in the pocket and make reads.

wtf is everyones problem here a player makes a bad play one bad play and they suck instantly he was very efficent tonight and at times looked like the rookie he was but he has great presence. Hes still a rookie give him a break

Edwards can't throw the long ball.

We need a veteran QB that can do both. These college kid projects are shams.

I wouldn't go as far as saying he sucks. He just isn't ready. At this point in time he's just another younger Holcomb. What isn't working in his favor either is that Fairchild has never heard of the words "screen plays". If you're gonna dink and dunk, you better dink and dunk using the screen. Brady ran is to perfection in his first sb win.

He played well for 3 quarters. Overall did "well" for a rookie in his second start, on Monday night, against an undefeated team. He did completely melt down in the 4th quarter, though.

See my sig. Edwards played okay. You should direct your hatred towards Steven Fairchild, who is the common denominator in our offensive woes all season. Losman or Edwards....it doesn't fricking matter as long Steve Fairchild is OC! For the record, I think JP would've played at least as well, but that is useless speculation because he is hurt.

i think he's got really great potential. i'm not unhappy with how he played, he just didn't make any big plays. sometimes it doesn't matter, sometimes it determines a game. you never know

if your happy with his performance tonight, you need to readjust your expectations. Everything Homcomb used to get crucified for, Trent did tonight. he did nothing and put up 3 points.
