7 seconds left, and Dallas has no timeouts. They have one option, which is throw a 5 yard pass to the sideline. That's the only thing we don't want them doing. What kind of defense were we playing? That last little out was the difference in the game.
I'd have rather seen us put 4 guys on each sideline at 5 yard intervals and the other 3 25 yards downfield. They complete a pass in bounds, game over. The throw it away, make them kick a 60 yarder. What good does having guys drop off into cover 3 do? Give them the middle of the field all day...
