2 step process:

1. Fire Jauron at the end of the season.

2. Throw all the money it takes at Bill Cowher to come here and build a REAL, WINNING coaching staff. I bet most of Buffalo will chip in to foot the bill to bring Cowher in here. You want the Bills to stay in Buffalo? You want respect in the league again? You want to build a winning franchise?

Thats how you do it.

Listenin to WGR and it's amazing how many people are callin for Cowher to come in. Hell, Im rooting for Cleveland and Washington to do well so they don't fire their coaches and won't be in the running.

No doubt... Jauron just doesn't seem to have what it takes. We need a legit QB and a legit coach and the rest will seem easy to address. Think of every great Bills team in history... great coach, great QB.

Care to explain your position?

Why would you NOT want Cowher??? I mean, all he's done is have a winning record in Pittsburgh and won a Superbowl and created a consistantly winning, proud franchise that has a defense that is feared around the league.

Who cares who the coach is if the owner won't get serious about winning? IT STARTS AT THE TOP.

There's no cap on coaches, so there's no excuse not to open up the vault if we're serious about getting better.

Cowher is an upgrade from Jauron. He gives us backbone/hope unlike the current loser and the losers of the past.

Ralph actually doing a smart thing and throwing money at a proven winner?

HA!

Hate to say it but this team has absolutely no future with Ralph. Our only hope is that he has an 11th hour change of heart and decides to sell to someone who actually wants to win.

Cowher is not coming to Buffalo but he has expressed interest in going to Miami.
