We should be 3-2 going in to the bye if not for Jaurons game management.

How Jauron lasted this long as a HC in the NFL baffles me.

The Bills would be 3-2 headed into the bye if they could convert late game 3rd and shorts into first downs. Maybe that's Jauron's fault, maybe it's Fairchild's, maybe it's just the execution, I don't know. That's the single most defining reason why this team lost those two games. If we convert those 3rd and shorts and get at least ONE more set of downs, both games are probably over and the other teams don't even get a shot at coming back.

Let's not forget the same thing happened in the Jets game, but the defense bailed us out.

One winning season his pro career.

That 13-3 bears team was an anomaly.

I'm on the fence here gang, the team played inspired football, and they get that from the coaching staff, in some repects! Dick Jauron is a poor game manager, and Sam Rutigliano in Cleveland was the same type of guy. I once heard that Sam was a Hall of Famer Monday through Saturday, but had enormous problems on gameday! Same problem exists in Buffalo.... it will eventually get him fired, if not corrected. But in his defense, the Buffalo Bills just stood toe to toe with the best the NFC has to offer... not too bad, IMO!

I didn't like the hire in the first place and he's demonstrating why. Third and short and we consistently can't convert. The offensive play calling has been unbelievably predictable and until last night the D has been pushed all over the field.

I'll give him credit for one thing only: he scouts well and usually has the team prepared. But he ALWAYS gets outcoached during games and can't make adjustments any better than the last two clowns to coach this team.

Fairchild needs to be fired, that much is 100% certain. If DJ refuses to do so, then you fire him too, because Fairchild is the greatest of the cancers that plague our offense. At this point, I'm unsure as to Jauron. But at the very least, you bring in an OC with a pedigree after this season, one that could become HC if DJ fails to improve.
Good riddance Fairchild. Of course, the knowledge of your departure will only make TE more hateable than the typical Bills QB. Good luck, hope we don't mess you up like JP.

Ironic he's losing games in the same fashion that he won them that year with the Bears, isn't it?
