I stood by JP last year because I thought he was our best option and wasn't handled well by TD and MM. He seemed to improve his footwork and reads so I was pretty encouraged at the end of last year.

However, he looked like crap in camp, pre-season, and the first 2 games and was back to double clutching and getting antsy in the pocket.

Nobody wants to be objective that their horse isn't going to win the race. Edwards has looked like a real QB and he's just played his second NFL game as a rookie.

The lickers need to go.

That's not even a rumor.

That's what i'm thinkin'

This is more of a suggestion than an actual rumor.

Nice try though.

Some people (Yahoo.com) don't understand the difference between rumor and opinion. A rumor would be some hint that maybe the Bills are actually considering such a trade. An opinion is thinking that they should.

The market is ripe. Kansas City needs a quarterback, Miami and Carolina, too. Atlanta’s wanting, as is Minnesota.

How funny would that be? Losman gets traded to Minnesota and backs up Kelly Holcomb again.

Trade him for Miami's pick, us having the #1 and a #3 would be great. Maybe we can trade for some real coaching as well.

I'm somewhat of a flip-flopper on the JP vs. Edwards issue, but what I saw in the Dallas game was a very poised young QB who is really good at 4 yard passes when we need 7, and not good at all at hanging points on the board.

I wouldn't be too quick to dump JP.

JP has done the samething.

Pittsburgh game...4th and 8 at PIT 29 (3:58) (Shotgun) J.Losman pass short left to R.Parrish to PIT 22 for 7 yards (D.Townsend).

Exactly my point. Neither has been especially effective this season, and a rational person simply can't say after 2 games whether Edwards is the answer or not. JP has struggled, but he took us to a 5-4 record the final 9 games of last season. Edwards got us 3 points against Dallas.

I simply want to win, and don't know right now which one is our future.

There was a 10 yard pass TE made for 11 yards as well, JP doesn't even know what a 10 yard pass is. It's either 8 or 80 yards for him.
