how hard is it to cover the sideline

I mean am I missing something here .

What was there 7 seconds left ?

They were out of FG range and out of T.O.'s

So what did we see ?
Don't the have a defense designed for that situation?

Hell you can let them have anything down the middle, they won't get the FG unit out in time.

Did Dallas still have a time out maybe I'm making a mistake ?

But if not that last completion was pathetic.

Rush the passer wide with two men on each side trying to take away his passing lanes to the outside and have your corners defending the sideline.

In fact drop 3 players deep to defend the end zone and commit the other 8 to taking away the sidelines.

Sorry, but it's pretty hard to get angry about this when you are sitting in a prevent D. It's not like the D was expecting to come back out because our special teams genius doesn't know how to defend an onside kick.

Re: how hard is it to cover the sideline

losing the onside kick is no excuse for not having a defense for the situation

these clowns are supposed to be pros

all we here is how thick the playbook is

i think what's thick is their heads

I'm just confused. How does April have such a great game, but choke when it mattered most?? I dont get it! It is seriously like we tried to lose it at the end, theres no other way I can put it.

i don't know if they tried to lose but what did happen is the same you would get if they were trying to lose it

            they gave up the td
they gave up the 2 point try
            they lost the onsides kick
            they didn't defend the sideline

Why would you do that? Fewell is the one who called the play.
