getting married during the Bye Week?i was listening to ESPN 920 as i was getting out of work today and caught the tail end of the conversation.it sounded as if he was getting criticized by Hanson and Coken (sp?) for doing it during the football season.


anybody know???if so,what do you think about it?

Buffalo Bills receiver Lee Evans will be running a hitch route this weekend.

Evans has picked the Bills’ bye weekend to get married. He and his fiancee, Miranda Farr, will be wed in a ceremony in Florida on Saturday.

Evans has known Farr since his college days at the University of Wisconsin. She is a Wisconsin native.

“We wanted to have it in a nice, scenic, remote location,” Evans said. “We got engaged right after training camp ended. A lot of people said, ‘Why do it during the season?’ but she’s done a great job of getting everything together in a short amount of time.”

The honeymoon will have to wait. Evans will be back in Buffalo for practice Monday.

Last year during the bye week Lee was on ESPN and they asked him what he was going to do with the week off. He said go someplace where it is warm.

IMO, he won't re-sign with Buffalo. Miami, Jacksonville, Dallas, or Tampa will be the place.

well I hope his future wife is aware that lee's last name ends with an 's'

because lee doesn't seem aware of it or maybe he has a speech impediment

I hear him do commercials and he calls himself "lee evan"
