1. Is it possible that we are lucky that the offense has been injury free, aside from losman. The line is getting to gel together. Perhaps in the next few weeks, we'll really see what they are made of. Perhaps the running game is ready to explode.

2. We at least are seeing a potential QB take the reigns for a long time. If it happened later this season, next year would also be another growing period. We can potentially have a very seasoned second year QB next year.

3. Same for PP getting injured. Now we have to address WR next year. No more delusional thoughts in the front office. Two star WR for either QB is going to seriously help

4. We see how this lame offense can get better with some TE's getting into the action. Perhaps we can dump neufeld, put royal as a second stringer and pick up a legit catching TE. This could help the passing game, and the running game.

5. The defense is strongly coached and can only get better with more talent to help in the pursuit that the cover 2 needs to badly. It's been decimated and untalented since week 1. Yet they have hung in there with everyone but the patriots. And even that was due to so many 3 and outs. This unit doesn't need to gel, they just need to get the consistency of making the right calls from the sidelines. This is fixable and will get better. Jauron is many things, but he seems to know defense.

If the offense can put up points and the defense can play a normal amount of plays instead of most of the game, perhaps this team won't find itself in situations that Jauron likes to blow.

Maybe we are progressing ok for a young team and we're right on track. the next 4 games will really let us know if we need to start over or just continue to be patient.

Talent progress is totally negated when the talent is in a stagnant pool called horrible coaching and playcalling. They are apparently not putting the offense in the best position to succeed or you'd see a blow up game like the defense had Monday.
