Nobody want's to lose and hoping to win is alot better than expecting to win.

However, the Dallas game was the death nail for a playoff run.

The thing about this team is, it loses winnable games. Denver and Dallas. They think clutch is a car part.

Dude, we'd have to win atleast 8 more wins in order to accomplish this.. We have to win 8/11 to even have a SHOT! If we lost next week then it will be 8/10, 8/9, 9/9, etc., etc.

They should be winnable, but we've been down this road before.

Yeah, because being 11th-rated passer in the whole NFL means you suck. What does that say about the other 20-odd passers who were worse?

Living in the past. What's JPs ranking this year? Here is a couple of hints. It's lower than 35th but higher than 37th.

The 34th ranked QB, Kelly "Captain Checkdown" Holcomb has a YPA of 6.37, Losman's YPA is 5.43. There goes another one of the Lickers arguements.

The Answer is right then.Holcomb is better than Lossman.

It's possible but not probable. I do have a weird feeling that at the end of the year we're going to really miss the 2 games we blew.

After the last game of the season when we're 5-11, there will still be people saying we're in it. All of the teams above us could get in bus wrecks or disqualified for cheating. There's always hope!

Can you show me a post where I said I want JP to suck and make us lose games? Just because I know it will happen does not mean I want it to happen.

Pardon me for being optimistic about JP's return... It's always good to get a starter back from injury.

Does it really matter who starts as QB, as long as we're winning?

And please, keep it football related. Attacking other posters because you disagree with their opinions will not be tolerated.

Not if the starters replacement is better than him.

I love your optimism, draz, and wish I could share it with you. But no matter how many players come back, we still have a coaching staff which continually fails to put our players in a position to succeed.

It's down to 50% of us wanting Losman. That was 95% including me at the start of the season. Let JP play a few more games and then post another poll on who should be the starter.

If he plays great I'll be here to eat my words. All I want is a QB that can lead the Bills back to being a contender. I don't care what his name is. Based on his career performance I don't think it's JP but we'll find out in the next few games.

It doesn't matter whom the QB is, it seems this team folds near the end of every close game.

Remember, they are only a couple of NYJ completions away from going to OT and then could have been 0-5. I think 8-8 is as optomistic as I can get at this time.

that's the problem.we're NOT winning.so yes,it does matter who's at QB.while the Lickers continue to be in denial, having Lossman at QB will continue to hurt us down the road.

What a story it would be for Nall if he came in here and DOMINATED.. taking the Bills to the super bowl and WINNING, there would be motion pictures of this man. Every man, woman, dog would name their first born "Nall"

Not necessarily. JP could surprise everyone and play well like he did at the end of last season. But if he doesn't, Edwards is capable of taking over. i don't understand why people here insist on making a controversy over who starts at QB. Losman should get a few games to show what he can do, and if it isn't good enough, he can be benched and Edwards can finish the season.
