Truth is neither one of these guys have done anything this year to be called an NFL starting QB.

The fans spend all their time arguing about who should be #1 and at this point they are nothing more the NFL prospects!

I will take Frank Reich over both of them!( In his younger days)
We need to see more then 120 minutes from Edwards before we make any kind of accessment!

I treat all prospects like Rob Johnson till they prove me wrong!

That is how I survive!

Take your choice Rob Losman or Rob Edwards....makes no difference to me!

!that wasn't the sentiment here which is why I am not so quick to give up on Losman and see what he can do if Fairchild just opened up his playbook from day 1. Again, I am not saying JP is the man, I just want to make sure by having him play one more time.

Where is Todd Collins when you need him?

I can live with that!

The problem is one has had 4 years to prove he is the man. And so far he has proved that he is not the man.

The other is a rookie who has 2 career starts.

He is going to have to...

Make the long Throw

Make plays work in thev Redzone.

Win over both Lee Evans and Robert Royal

Play so well that the coaching staff does not have to wait till Weds to make a discision!

That is a starter. This is nothing more then a try out for him!

Trent Edwards has been impressive as a rookie, imo. I can't wait to see this guy when he is more seasoned and battle tested.

It's the coaching, guys.
i'm willing to concede that, if you break it down, Edwards may be more talented than Losman is, but i don't expect to see either QB succeed with the coaching we currently have.
i'd love to be proven wrong....

This thread is about as dumb as anything I've read in a week and I have read a lot of crap from Dick Jauron.

Dick Jauron was coach of the year a few years back and the Bears finished 13-3.....

He must have been real lucky that year!
