because the team that cheats the most makes the NFL a ****load of money and good publicity, and they don't want to give that up.

Thanks OP. That's what i was looking for.

i hope that the NFL eventually just crumbles on its own due to its insistance to rake in more money. at some point, greed throughout time has always done in great establishments. to think the NFL is not vulnerable to it is to be naive.
