SCORING CHANGE:
After a request by the SAbres this morning, the NHL has made a scoring change in last night's game vs. Toronto. Initially credited to Ales Kotalik, the GW/OT goal has now been credited to Paul Gaustad. Further video review determined that Gaustad tipped the puck before Raycroft made the save, and McCabe shot the puck into his own net. The goal remains unassisted as the official scorer ruled that McCabe was in possession of the puck before it ended up in Toronto's goal.

yeah the way they have been awarding assists is a joke

if that was a toronto goal subdin would get an assist on it if he was sitting on the bench

Good for Goose, he's been doing all sorts of dirty work in front of the net and has been highly responsible for several goals where his name didn't end up on the score sheet already.

actually, I didn't do it. It was from the Sabres website. And you are right, it does look hideous! :ill:
