Okay, so I just got home from the game! I was in Section 221, Row 11, Seat 21 (in the endzone). Just wanted to make some observations:
1. Whoever is in charge of the pre-game festivities messed up big time! They introduced the 30+ breast cancer surviviors and a few seconds later, the Ravens came out onto the field so you had the survivors coming out and a chorus of boos...(not a big deal, just something we mentioned at the time)
2. The Willis McGahee boos were incredible. Every time he came on to the field or touched the ball, he got a chorus of boos. Also, in the parking lot on the way in people were putting #21 jerseys on the ground for cars to drive on and people to stomp on! Anyone at the game hear the "You wear purple" chants? That was our secction!
3. I have seen the Bills with JP Losman in charge and now with Trent Edwards today. While Trent definately made some mistakes today (everyone in our section called the INT before it happened) there was still a different feel when the offense was on the field. Can't really explain it, I just think Trent is a better quarterback and will continue to prove himself as he gains more experience.
4. I wore my new #23 jersey today! After I watched Marshaun in the parking lot with the kids after the game, I wear it even more proudly. He was so good with kids, even made one of them chase him after he "stole" the kids football after signing the autograph. He looked like he was really having fun and was good to see.
5. The BILLS WON!!! That there makes the day perfect. Still question the coaching staff at times but that is for another day, because today, we won the game and I am going to enjoy this for a while!!!!!!!
