I hope you guys do draft McFadden and leave Dorsey to us. But I doubt it...

0-16 is starting to look like a reality. Jason Taylor said that "we can't in America but maybe we can win overseas." Ouch.

Just when Fin fans thought it couldn't get any worse...

"Miami running back Ronnie Brown will miss the rest of the season as a result of Sunday's knee injury, two sources said Monday. An MRI revealed enough damage Monday morning to declare Brown's season as done."

that sucks, Brown was really comming into his own this year a bright spot in dark season for the dolphins.

That sucks. I mean I hate the dolphins and all but that really sucks when a young player/difference maker goes down.

Hopefully its something he can bounce back from.

mcfadden will be a beast in the league, but we need to draft a guy like dorsey also, the next draft will be ALL defense, FA will be offense. we have alot of depth at running back, brown, chapman, and cobbs, have all looked great this season, plus theres always rick.

I was stating during the game yesterday that Brown was the ONLY thing that team really had going for them, and he went down about 15 minutes later. I can't imagine what it would be like to have to watch that team the rest of the season as a fan, knowing what agony the Bills put me through and that it has to be worse for them.

That does suck to lose him. Hopefully he can recover. Don't care which team a player gets hurt plays for. Hate seeing it happen.

it is a shame, he's a good young player. Hopefully he recovers fully and is good to go next year.

What is the official word on the injury?

THATHURMANATOR

That sucks. He was the one player having a good year for you.

What happened? Ronnie was the lone bright spot on the fins, and I actually like the guy as a player. Very tough runner, and very versatile. Hopefully he'll be ok.

I'm not sure exactly how it happened. He was hurt chasing Randall Gay after an interception in the middle of the 3rd quarter.

I just need to quit fantasy football, it is to frustrating, nothing sucks more than losing money because all of your players get hurt.

Why would we draft running back when we have so many needs. it's not like Brown's leg fell off or something

SABURZFAN

not only does it suck this year for the Fish,it'll suck for them next year too.Brown will not be 100% again until 2009.

I can't stand the Dolphins, but I can never be happy about an injury. Unless, of course, it's "Cheap Shot" Rodney Harrison.

That really sucks about Brown, he's one of the 3 Dolphin players I actually liked.

Is the Ricky talk about to begin? I miss FTP.

It doesn't even faze me at this point. It sucks sure, but who the heck DIDN'T see this coming. The Dolphins have been such a snakebitten franchise recently that it simply makes sense that he is down too.

I don't think he tore anything, in fact, I bet its a bad sprain and they made the proper decision to let him sit this season while there is nothing going on and no chance of this team really improving. Sit down, rest up and come back next year with hopefully a better defense to help him and the offense out.

Your Bills are playing tough, good win yesterday!

Thats an injury that can hurt the rebuilding process. Now they have to guess as to what thay have next year. They cant get a good feel of what they have in Beck. I hate to see players go down with knee injuries, and tears. It makes the game so human when a career goes in jeopardy like that.

!Papacrunk!
10-22-2007, 06:23 PM
if he kept up his pace, I really think he would've made the Pro Bowl, but then again being on a horrid team may have prevented that. Cameron has a lot of experience with Jesse Chatman and it really seemed like Chatman was really pushing Brown in the offseason. I'm not saying Brown and Chatman are interchangeable talent wise, but it doesn't seem nearly as dire as when Ricky retired/quit with the current depth at rb compared to then.

Yeah, I can't think of one reason why Beck shouldn't be starting from here on out. Considering the record, it would give Beck a good opportunity to get some NFL experience under his belt without all the added pressure of a playoff push. This season might be a blessing in disguise for the Dolphins.

They could try to determine if the current starting QB is a lemon or not. Not all QBs are found in 1st round.
