Dick in his Monday presser said that the offense took a big step forward and only experiance will help the young guys get better. Weeding out the plays that they do poorly and working on the ones they do well.

The offense took a small step forward- they figured out how to sustain drives.

Before it's a "big step", they'll have to score from the red zone and maybe get a passing TD.

Considering where the offense was the first two weeks of the season, this is a big step.
