Yes, its time.

Sabz, TD, I was hoping you were wrong but its true. JP is never gonna be THE QB for this team. You were right and I was wrong.

In full support of the new QB, I have changed my name to EdwardsEra.

Im a Bills fan and I honestly think its important to be behind our QB , especially considering the slew of guys weve had:

Todd Collins
Billy Joe Hobert
RJ
Flutie
AVP
Bledsoe
Holcomb
and now JP

As I said with JP, I hope this change is permanent and finally solves our perpetual problem at QB.

I like the kid, I LOVE his poise and decision making. The skys the limit, but he does have room to grow for sure.

Anyways, Im officially admitting I was wrong, and in a way, Im glad we got to have several years of quality football talk on the subject of our starting QB.

I honestly thought Jauron would put JP back in. Edwards has looked OK at times and not at others, but the bottom line with the QB is that the team win. I hope he can continue.

For that reason alone you should have made it TE-Era (Tee is so much better than EE)

Maybe I could make my sig TE with a pair of dancing jugs? I needed to remove that by the way... I wont call it "bad" taste, maybe more like not-so-great taste.

You're right. He'll be the QB for another team. I just hope we made the right decision and I do not trust this staff to give Edwards what he needs to succeed.

Even though I feel that JP was screwed by a coaching staff that never really liked him in the first place, I too am throwing all my support to Trent Edwards. He was one of my favorite guys in training camp, very friendly, classy and has a really nice looking signature. He also has the poise and leadership that you need to be a solid NFL Quarterback. Let's just hope he can continue to get better. Now that the coaches have made it official, so I have removed my avatar of JP seeing how he is now the backup. Plus, Poz is my favorite current Buffalo Bills player. :up:

I think tecmo bowl got it right when they had our quaterback named QB bills. Even back then they knew it would change week by week

Trace Armstrong ring any bells. he had his chance and failed.

He got us to the playoffs twice but was only given one chance. Funny thing is people act like the Trace Armstrong hit was all his fault. He had NO CHANCE on that play. Of course he DID throw a TD to Reed in the previous drive but the refs screwed us on that one and we had to settle for a field goal.

Stupidest argument is all the people saying the loss was all Flutie's fault but don't want to give him any credit for being a good QB. He didn't like Johnson because he felt he was the better QB, he was right. The Bills haven't been back to the playoffs since Flutie was the starting QB.

Well, Flutie was screwed and since you hate him you won't admit that even though most Johnson lickers even admit it.
