Re: Bills work out Smith
Practice squad player who fits well in system they want to run being tall and strong.
Hall of Football is owned and operated by The Sports Xchange (TSX) which has provided news, analysis and research for fans and professionals since 1987.
Blessed with an imposing 6-6, 238 pound frame and the strong arm to match, NAIA All-American Jeff Smith showed enough in the Inta Juice Classic to warrant a closer look from NFL scouts. Smith struggled with his accuracy, at times, but has the obvious physical tools and helped himself Saturday with an effective performance despite the step up in competition.

Re: Bills work out Smith
This guy was lights-out at Georgetown (KY). Having him on the practice squad would not be a bad thing at all.
BTW, seeing as he was training camp fodder for the Bengals, I doubt he has "in-depth" knowledge of their system.

Re: Bills work out Smith
If Trent is the long term starter at QB, Losman will be traded in the offseason for draft picks. Buffalo is working on their data base of free agent players that they might sign at some point.I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
