Lindy thinking about switching goalies?

WGRZ'S Adam Benigini is reporting that Lindy Ruff is really considering switching goalies and puting Jocelyn Thibault as the number one goalie and Miller as backup starting tomorrow against the Florida Panthers. Lindy hasn't been impressed with Miller's play especially last night where he could have made some of those saves. It's bad enough that we have a quarterback controversy with Trent Edwards and J.P. Losman, now we could have a goalie controversy with Thibault and Miller. Thibault has started one game for the Sabres this season and he kept the Sabres in that game and they won it 5-4 over the Toronto Maple Leafs in overtime at the HSBC Arena. Thibault made me nervous as hell that one game he was in- the guy gives up too many rebounds.

But it's not like they're winning with Miller. Pull him for a few games and try to light a fire under his ass.

yeah lindys just pulling some strings. he knows hes got a young team trying to find itself and mostly likely is trying to get them to pull together. no better way to solidify a team than to start challenging their buddy the goalie

huge amount of time left in the season. lots of games to be played to get this very promising bunch of raw young talent to forge itself into something strong. thats lindys job and im pretty positive he will getrdone

Miller is emo, he will probably go home and cut himself if he isnt starting, something has gotta lite a fire, both goalies looked like they didnt want to be between the pipes

Hey, if he's our guy in the playoffs, maybe he'll win a series for the first time in his 14-year career!
