He has figured out how to eliminate the best qualities of both players and reduce them into one mediocre QB.

JP has one of the strongest arms in the game but he continues underthrow his receivers deep. Do they practice this play enough? Geez.

Trent is one of the most accurate players I have seen but how many short outs is he going to force into double coverage?

Furthermore, lets just send Lindell out there on 1st down the minute we get into the red zone because there is no way we are going to try to pass into endzone.

Fairchild knows exactly how to get the worse out of both players. I have never seen a coordinator who gets players to play to their weaknesses as effectively as Fairchild.
