That guy was talking for the "Can't-miss" play on NFL.com. Watch that, then watch the game recap video on NFL Gamecast. The guy who is commentating that version of the Evans play, John Murphy or whatever, made me feel I was in Econ 101 lecture again. Literally took the excitement right out of the play, almost like he knew it was coming. he should be removed from the booth.
