Why Losman should NOT start if Edwards is healthy

That ball is an interception. Edwards may not put up the best numbers, but he's still better than JP. Thing is, Edwards sucks. We have two garbage QBs but we're winning so I don't care. Go Bills.

I wish I could see the opposite angle of that replay. It looked like the Jets safety saved a definite interception.

a bad throw that turns out well is still a bad throw. Nine out of ten times the guy in green would be the one celebrating.

        But anyway, it doesn't matter.

I'm still not going to take sides on this, but remind me again who threw the INT and who threw the TD on Sunday? You can think it's a bad play all you want, the end result is what matters last I checked.

And the pass to Parrish that would have made that play moot? Or TE's 1 TD, 5 Ints?

He very well might be the better QB in the future. Right now he is not.

I'm staying positive today but that is funny as hell.

It was a crappy throw with a great result. If Edwards had made that throw I'd be saying the same thing. That's why people need to chill on the QB debate.

A TD is a TD no matter how you swing it.

                  hahaha. Denile.

The title should read the exact opposite.

5 int's to one 3 yards TD for TE.

0 ints to every 85 ard TD for JP.

That would have ben a definite pick if T E had thrown it.

                  Nice try though.

Re: Why Losman should NOT start if Edwards is healthy

Edwards is a rookie, we need to play some Marty ball. I for one think that Edwards has the potential to be an exceptional QB in the NFL but I think that Losman has the ability to be a good QB as well.

Losman is the veteran and he lost his job to injury. He played great the last 7 games of last season and I don't think he should be canned because of a couple bad performances against great defenses. Give him the rest of the season and let's increase his trade value incase we do decide to go down that route.

Edwards has a wrist injury, he is already bruised up because he can't pick out the blitzes which is completely understandable for a rookie. Let him ride the bench, study the playbook and get healthy for next season when he actually has a chance to prosper. Don't jeopardize this kids young career by putting so much pressure on him to be our saviour. We can afford to let him ride the bench for the rest of the season. Why would you want to potentially chance our future?

GREAT POST! That's EXACTLY what I saw! Well first, of course, he ran 45 yards to the end zone, THEN I saw that. A TOUCHDOWN.

The Answer agrees - that should have been an INT, but on the flipside the pass to Parrish was a good throw but the little fella didn't make the catch.

Even though he managed to thread it in there that throw was even more ill advised because it was truly into double coverage. Everyone would have been calling for JP and Fairchild's head on a platter if his TD throw would have been intercepted, which it should have been, and turned into a TD to win the game for the Jests.
