View Full Version : Who's your favorite BILLS player (other than a QB)

I still like McGee. I don't care that people say he's inconsistent, because they're ALL inconsistent. This kid has been playing his heart out for this team. He doesn't "just" return kicks well, he's right in the action where he's supposed to be. I don't know of any CB that doesn't get beat out every time, just look at what happened last night with Bly. I felt bad for the Jets kid that McGee took down..was that Coles? I just love this kid, and he's just getting better with more experience.

So who's your favorite Bills player?

This season probably Lynch or Hargrove.

Lee Evans baby. He's a stud.

Lynch is getting there... hes 100% effort all the time.

Going into this season, Evans by a lot. Not too happy about his comments regarding the QB situation, but he is still the only proven game breaker on the roster and he has otherwise been a total class act, so he still gets my vote.

Crowell is rising on my list as I think right now he is the Bills best overall defender.

Probably Crowell. used to be Evans until he began throwing Edwards under the bus even though we're 3-1 when he starts the game.

Lynch is gaining ground VERY fast

Poz or Crowell.

if one more person says that lee evans threw evans under a bus, im gonna go psychotic.

Excuse him for wanting Losman to start. Evans is an upstanding gentleman and didnt say one single bad word about edwards.

Evans is a saint and is the best player on the team and will go down as the Third of the Studliest Stud WR Train for the bills after Reed and Moulds

Moulds is also a saint. I love that man still.

All time, Bruce Smith.

My favorite player before this off-season was Takeo. When he left I jumped on the Evans bandwagon, but he hasn't shown up this year.

I think I'm gonna have to go with Lynch.

Definitely Moorman, I yell MVP everytime he steps on the field. Lynch is impossible to dislike in my opinion though and he'll probably be my next jersey purchase... though I'm considering that there seems to be a curse involved with my purchases...

Moulds
McGahee
Evans

Lee Evans...cancer my ass. Put this guy on the Colts, Pats, Packers (or wherever a good qb is) and he puts up crazy numbers. It would be a crime to see him reach his full potential somewhere else, but he may have to...

I actually almost went with Kyle Williams for a second! Come to think of it there are alot of players especially on defense that I like. I really don't like one much more than the other to be honest.

Just to be different, I am going to go with McCargo.

The man is starting to really come on after being called a 'bust' (which was stupid to start with).

Honorable mention goes to Kyle Williams who does more with less natural talent than anybody else on the team.

I so want to love Donte Whitner, but the guy is just playing average at this point in his career. I really hope he can be better, even for an OSU guy, I like him.

Offence- WR- Lee Evans....Lynch close second!
Defence: CB- Ashton Youboty...Poz and Whitner are close to!

John 'The Italian Wrecking Ball' Digiorgio

~The Answer

I am with "The Answer" on this one.

Gotta root for the underdog.

John "Pisan" DiGiorgio comes out of nowhere as an undrafted free agent from Division II and finds himself an important player in his second year.

He may never be an all-star, but he looks better every week.

Whitner.

Oaf
10-30-2007, 06:42 PM
McGee was excellent this game, but has been a liability up to that point before.

Greer has been my favorite hands down this year, starting in the preseason. Close contenders would be Reed and Whitner.

Lynch is growing on me quickly. I can't wait to see what Poz can do next year. Crowell and Whitner, Greer, Hargrove, McCargo....I'm slightly partial to defense.

I have to go with 2 guys here.

Kyle Williams - he is just an unassuming guy. He was a 7th rounder and has just outperformed everyone on our roster (not that that is hard to do but still) and it is nice when I see him chasing down a WR or RB 15-20 yards downfield. Like the guys will to play.

Donte Whitner - I think in the next few years, he will be one of the elite strong safeties in the league. He is a GREAT tackler, similar to how Winfield used to be for us, and always seems to be around the ball. I like watching him play.

Another guy I am so high on is Greer. The guy just makes plays. He is getting so much better every game and it is baffling to understand how he has never gotten on the field before. This guy is much better than the previous corners we have over the past few years. He has shut down some pretty good WR's this year too. How did Owens, Ward, and Coles do? Not much. Hell, Moss had 2 TD's but he was right in position on both of them and the throws had to be 100% perfect to get in there....Of course they were.
