PHOENIX -- The Rock Star Coach came out of his dark room Wednesday morning, bounding into the NFC coaches breakfast here as if the main act was taking center stage.
That's the way it is for Dallas Cowboys coach Bill Parcells, his two Super Bowl rings, another Super Bowl appearance and a resume that shines, giving him the right to make a grand entrance as many of the other coaches had already started to dine.
It wasn't meant that way, of course, but that's Parcells. Whatever he does, people seem to pay attention. You half expected the league to drop rose petals at his feet as he moved to his seat....more
