PROJECTED FANTASY STUDS
• Marshawn Lynch (http://fantasyfootball.usatoday.com/content/player.asp?sport=NFL&id=4186): You know the drill; roll with any back against the Bengals, who are 28th against the run and have allowed a 100-yard rusher in six consecutive games.

SLEEPERS• J.P. Losman (http://fantasyfootball.usatoday.com/content/player.asp?sport=NFL&id=2780): He hooked up with Lee Evans (http://fantasyfootball.usatoday.com/content/player.asp?sport=NFL&id=26) on an 85-yard TD last week and, now that Trent Edwards (http://fantasyfootball.usatoday.com/content/player.asp?sport=NFL&id=4220) is hurt, can play with a carefree attitude after the Bills already tried to give away his job.
Also from this mornings D&C... No link... Page 8D...

Another round of quarterback injuries hit last week, but do you think anybody will miss Trent Edwards, Kelly Holcomb, Vinny Testaverde, or Matt Schaub if they're out? Schaub is the only decent one of the bunch, and he hasn't thrown a TD pass since September. The best hope from the replacements is if J.P. Losman returns determined to prove the Buffalo Bills wrong for benching him. OUCH!!

Schaub's star has faded fast. Wasn't the media all over him after the first two weeks of the season?

Edwards, Holcomb, and Vinny are all upgrades over the qbs they are replacing. Period.

If we're talking about fantasy football, why would anyone ever start Trent Edwards?

If we're talking about fantasy football, why would anyone ever start Trent Edwards? If the linkless quote is about fantasy football then you should stay away from any qb on those teams. Im just saying the Vinny is a better qb then Carr, Holcomb unfortuantely is better then Jackson "Any qb is" and we can debate about Edwards and Losman all day long.

Let's be fair to Schaub. He's been without one of the league's best receivers, Andre Johnson, since Week 3. The Texans are 1-5 without Johnson. Schaub still played fairly well without Johnson, but he can't do it himself.

The unlinked quote is not from a fantasy column.

They did even before he was traded to Houston.

Andre Johnson being out may have something to do with that.
If you think our QB play is bad now, how much worse would it be if Evans was out and we had a tandem of Reed/Parrish/Aiken-whomever.

Aside from Kevin Walter, Andre Davis is their best WR right now.. That's sad.
