Yeah, it's a small course. We can do 9 holes in a little over 2 hours!


True Story. 2 years ago, me and my buddies are about to tee off at the first at South Park when we realize that former mayor of Buffalo, Jimmy Griffin is going to tee off right after us. So we’re on the second hole after my tee shot, I’m lining up to take my second shot when I see Griffin walking up to me. I was golfing with a couple of newbies and Griffs asks if his boys can play thru. I agreed and stood there waiting for them. But his boys are talking to someone up at the teeing area and he says, “Don’t worry about it, you guys can go on”. He’s standing about 20 yards behind me watching me line up for my shot. Now I’m crapping myself because I’m not that good, I always get nervous when someone’s watching and he’s Jimmy Griffin. Anyway, I take the shot and it’s really nice. Lands just off the green and Jimmy says, “Nice Shot!” I was pumped, one of the truly great moments.

Regarding the draft party. I highly doubt I'll be there, but ya never know.

Mikey, if I do come up, I'll be staying in Rochester and I'm sure my friend (Cheryl, you met her before) would be willing to drive you. :) It's a BIG if, so don't count on me. I'll let you know for sure as the time approaches.

Maybe it's a "best ball" tourney. Then all you have to do is get some disintegrating balls and just tell everyone after your tee shots that you can't find your drive but you saw it bounce over the green.

I suck at golf too. Mainly my Tee shots. But best ball tourneys are fun. I just let everyone drive and then shoot.

Heck, everyone can putt. Bring your pool cue if you can't even putt. :D

The place is a goldmine in Bradford. It was bought by WBA professional Michelle Feldman's brother. She's been there to bowl a few times for fundraisers.

Of course I don't know the exact price it sold for, but it was more then a million. I know they were trying to get 2 million out of it.

It has 24 lanes. They keep them up all the time too. It's a very classy place. It's something you'd see in the big cities.

I've been all over for bowling tournaments and I haven't seen one place that has even came close to matching Byllyle Lanes.

For darts, I'm sure you can't be that bad. Forget about pool though. Last time I was regularly playing pool, everyone had to be drunk to play well. :snicker: For my 21st birthday, a couple of buddies took me out drinking in Fredonia. Mark took me out while Gene finished work for the night. When Gene showed up, we had him play with someone else...cause he stunk when he was sober. :chuckle:
