Were they injured? I don't see anyone talking about this... but it has me concerned for depth. They've played well the last few weeks.

Dig had a concussion.
Any word on whether he'll be available for next week? We need him.

Hopefully he's back Sunday, we need him, he's played well lately.

DiG had a off game today IMO, I saw a few breakdowns in run support and pass coverage by him today.

Any word on Parrish? Right now our WRs are Evans, Reed, Jenkins. :ill:

Actually I liked having Wire in late in the game. Given the fact that he's played S and LB, it provides the flexibility to go from a nickel to a base 4-3 with no personnel changes.

But DiG has been playing well and Ellison had a good game, so hopefully we'll have them back.

I can't believe how well this group of no-name scrubs and third stringers has come together and played really well.

They are calling Parrish's injury a "thigh contusion" I think that's essentially a bad bruise.

Personally, I liked the way Coy Wire played in his absence and have no problem if he has to play again next week.

The only reason Wire looked so "good" in the 4th quarter is because the Bengals abandoned the run!

Wire against the run scares the crap outta me!

Wire looked very good. Ellison hasn't impressed me at all this year. I think he's on the bench next year.

Let's hope the Italian Wrecking Ball is ok because we will be in trouble without this stallion anchoring the middle of the LB corps.....

Ellison is what he is - a 6th round draft pick with marginal talent that was forced into the lineup as a rookie. Not sure why he was ever hyped up to begin with.

He'll be better as a backup/depth - but next year if we don't sign Lance Briggs we will move POZ or The Italian Wrecking Ball outside...

He hasnt looked good, but I thought he looked better yesterday. Hopefully he's getting back to 100% and will play better but if not, then I agree, he should be on the bench next year.

I heard a comment from Fewell prior to Sunday's game that indicated he's been able to do more with the defensive gameplan because of DiG's grasp of the defense and intelligence on the field.
