No, if they had learned their lesson, then they wouldn't be waiting around for this team to "gel" and would be looking to make some changes. No, this management hasn't learned anything.

I like the fact that they're trying to avoid making the same mistakes as last season, but I agree with S11. Campbell hasn't been that great and at this point they shouldn't be giving anyone a contract til they prove themselves.
