12:26 PT: Lew Bowen, of the Philadelphia Daily News, reports coach Philadelphia Eagles Andy Reid had this to say about KR Brian Mitchell's comments that the club "disrespected" him by only offering a veteran-minimum contract. "Mitchell knew the situation. I brought him in and talked to him about it [before free agency started]. I tried not to hide anything from him ... Those are decisions you have to make, with the cap being the way that it is ... I'm one of his biggest fans. I hope he plays until he's 60." Mitchell, as reported, signed with the New York Giants.
