At the Half: The Old Fairchild is back

Boy, it is amazing how this guy refuses to call an aggressive game. He did almost everything right last week in the 1st half and this week we are back to playing not to lose on offense.

This is not to give JP an excuse, because he's made some pretty piss poor throws, especially that pick. But he also hasn't gotten much help either. The best example is that Reed catch, he should have dragged his toe. Reed has to know where he is on the field. Despite that JP has to step up and show he is a leader. On some of those plays where Miami is dropping 7 in coverage he has to take off and run.

Regardless of that Fairchild is back to the old 2 TE offense that produces nothing. He calls a couple of runs to the right and they are successful, but when we need a yard on 3rd and 1 he runs left, exactly where the Dolphins are all lined up. There has been no play-action, no spreading the field for the most part.

This is pathetic. I should have known that last weeks game was the exception to the rule.

the old fairchild was back in the 2nd quarter last week.

He snapped out of it temporarily on that Lynch pass but that was it.
