Chris,

Any chance the Bills will wear their throwbacks vs. the Patriots next Sunday? I know we usually wear them for 1 home game and 1 away game, but I noticed the Steelers have worn their horrid throwbacks twice at home now. I was at the first game Week 2 and then they wore them again last night at home vs. the Gayvens.

Just curious if you have any idea. Keep up the great work!

I love those Unis. I'm not sure why they dont switch it up. Admit Donohoe screwed the pooch on the CFL Unis and just switch.

They have said before that they are going to keep the throwbacks for the home fans. Most teams do that and usually it's twice at home. The only reason we wore it once home and away the first year was because we won the first game and the coach wanted to keep the good karma from the throwbacks in that second game, against the Bucs. But, then they found out that they wouldn't be allowed to wear them again for the rest of the season after that, so now they try to spread them out. Once in preseason at home, so they can wear them in a bit...then twice at home during the regular season. Apparently, it was decided right at the beginning of the season that they would wear the throwbacks for the MNF game and the Pats game. Now that the Patriots game is on SNF, of course they are sticking with them.

Again, like I continue to tell you and other people (i guess no one listens ), we usually don't wear them one at home and one away. Usually it's twice at home. The sad thing is that if you count the pre-season games, the Bills haven't won a game in their throwback uniform since the home opener against the Houston Texans in 2005. That's 6 straight games.
