"Adversity is an opportunity for heroism."

I hope each and every member of this team thinks about this Sunday.

Thet are playing the best team in the NFL. After a bye week. On primetime TV. Without their offensive MVP for the season. With an embattled QB at the helm. With 12 players on injured reserve and others that will not play due to injury.

This is the time that men step up and leaders are born. Dwayne Wright, Fred Jackson and Anthony Thomas - take heed. JP Losman - listen up. Lee Evans - Be the player we knwo you can be. Roscoe Parrish - make the big plays we know you can. Aaron Schobel - Punish Brady. Terrence McGee - Slow down Moss and be the stud returner you can be.

It's time boys. Make us proud and shock a national, primetime TV audience. Knock the Patriots off their pedestal.

Take advantage of the adversity and run with it.

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?

Shame, it was great city to grab a beer in. Especially in October.

They said Frank Reich had no chance at halftime to lead a comeback...

He did it when we we're down, greatest comeback in the history of the NFL (postseason or reg.).

I think Churchill put it best:

"We shall not flag nor fail. We shall go on to the end. We shall fight . . . with growing confidence and growing strength in the air. We shall defend our island whatever the cost may be; we shall fight on beaches, landing grounds, in fields, in streets and on the hills. We shall never surrender . . ."

If that doesn't get your blood pumping, I don't know what will.
