Yeah.. I heard about this yesterday.. pretty awful stuff.. I hope this doesn't get out of hand.. and I hope that they don't pick up any of the symptoms.. but it's better to be safe than sorry..
Living in Ontario.. hearing about this is even worse for me.. because the thing is spreading.. and our doctors have advised us not to travel anywhere of any distance.. just in case we do have any of the symptoms so that it doesn't get out of hand and so that it won't spread.. so I don't think I'll be able to make it down for any more games this season.. even though I'm as healthy as can be.. oh well wouldn't want to make this problem into anything any bigger anyway..~*Let's go Buffalo*~

It's really sad when this kind of stuff breaks out in 3rd world countries. They just can't handle this kind of stuff.Last edited by Earthquake Enyart; 03-31-2003, 11:11 AM.

Warrener and Campbell were both exposed when Campbell's sister came to visit last Monday. She is a nurse in Toronto. She was exposed last Sunday and came down with symptoms on Friday. Public health offices believe that there was not enough incubation time for her to have passed the virus to the players. It is now 7 days and neither player shows symptoms. They should be cleared by Friday. Meanwhile, she is in a Toronto area hospital.
EE, The virus appears to be a mutant of the common cold. May have nothing to do with the 3rd world, other than that is where it originated. Mutations happen all the time.
For all the education and practice each of us undergoes, the achievment of mastery is ultimately the outcome of a personal quest for understanding.
