The Jacksonville Jaguars have played without seven starters already this season. The eighth one might be tougher to replace than any of the others.

The Jaguars (7-3) will be without middle linebacker Mike Peterson for several games and possibly the rest of the season, leaving them with the difficult task of replacing their top tackler and defensive leader.

Wow, this really could help the Bills. The injury bug has bitten almost everyone but the pats, further distancing themselves from the field (for now).

They might be without Rashean Mathis as well with a pulled groin.

Stroud, Peterson, and Mathis our their best defensive players...this gives the Bills a ray of hope

In the event that there is any truth to the concept of a jinx, I will restate that the injury bug has bitten everyone EXCEPT the pats - this team must be made of supermen with titanium bones and <insert worlds strongest flexible substance here> for ligaments. Especially Tom Brady, who has never ever missed a NFL game due to injury.
