View Full Version : The 2008 Buffalo Bills Season
It's a long way dow the road but what would you like to see change with this team, coaching, players, free agency, etc.
1. I think Jauron and most of the coaching staff will stay.
2. I can see Digi leaving the team
3. Jp will be traded on draft day
4. The Trent Era will begin
5. Land a wideout in FA
5. DT with our first pick.

i think we need a DE, LB, or a WR with our first pick.

1. I don't see any coaches leaving unless there's a major collapse by any of the units over the last six games.
2. John DiG is signed through next year, I believe, so he isn't going anywhere.
3. Nothing would surprise me with the QB's, but I don't expect JP to be in a Bill's uni next year.
4. I agree.
5. Maybe another 'filler' like Davis or Price, but I expect a WR to be a first day, most likely first-round, pick at this point.
6. There are DT's that can be had in the second round.

1) Fire Fairchild and promote Aprils to OC.
2) Extend Losman thru 2010 at an average of $5M. (Keep Edwards as the intended back-up... He's also signed thru 2010. Make a decision after the 2009 season.)
3) Extend Evans thru 2012 at an average of $9M.
4) Re-sign Hargrove to a 4 year deal at $2M per season.
5) Extend DiGi to a 4 year deal at $3M per season.
6) Sign a true BIG #2 FA WR.
7) Sign a starting FA C.
8) Sign a starting FA G.
9) Day 1 draft (in order of best value) WR, DE, CB, TE.
10) Day 2 draft (in order of best value) LB, TE, CB, WR, RB

Although it might be appropriate I think the NFLPA may have something to say about paying any player five bucks per year.

We need another year to determine that JP sucks. I like Trent but I'll give everybody a fair pass that he may not be the answer. However JP sucks and that won't change in 2009.
