"They believe in running the rock and they're going to run the rock," Crowell said. "They got their quarterback back last week and they were still pounding away.

"This week, our No. 1 goal is we have to go in there and stop the run. If we don't, it's going to keep bleeding."

If Jones-Drew is on a roll, count on television play-by-play announcers to describe him as a bowling ball with legs. At 5-feet-7 and 208 pounds, Jones-Drew is strong and compact like former New York Giants and Syracuse University running back Joe Morris, but with more speed.

Taylor seems to slide, shift and accelerate through holes more. The 10-year veteran has built a NFL résumé that includes 10,117 rushing yards, despite injuries earlier in his career.

"They're both physical," Crowell said. "Fred Taylor is 6-1, 222 (pounds), so he's basically like a linebacker running, but he's real shifty.

"He's more quick than I think fast, but he's a heck of a back, one of the best in the league. Then you got Drew. He showed what he can do the last two years."

Jones-Drew ran for 941 yards with 13 touchdowns (15 overall) as a rookie. He's followed up with six more rushing touchdowns so far, including a pair longer than 50 yards.

If it's true, the former UCLA back can get away with wearing a Superman T-shirt under his jersey, with that type of production.

"He's just a hard, tough, pound 'em, fast guy," Bills defensive coordinator Perry Fewell said. "We have to play an eight-man front. We're going to have to do a good job of fitting up the run and packing.
"That has to be a big emphasis for us this week: tackling and getting more people at the point of attack than we've gotten in the past."

Hopefully we can force some fumbles if they're gonna run that much.

That would be nice. We need turnovers tomorrow.
