Eli is better. He usually does much better than this. And Jacobs is doing a good job for that team. I didn't think they would have a running game after Tiki, but the kid is a hard worker. Kudo's to the Vikings for beating a better team. :bf1:

I'd rather have Eli.

One game does not make a career.

How many turnovers did Romo have against the Bills? I guess you wouldn't want him over JP either.

How many Ints. did P. Manning have against SD? Would you rather have JP?

Oh please. Neither of them is anything but a waste at this point. Hell, the Giants gave up more for Eli than we did for JP. They basically made the Chargers what they are today. Of course, that's not to say Rivers is looking much better. Anyone else think the Steelers FO nearly dies laughing whenever the subject of the '04 draft comes up?

Neither usually means two. There are 4 names mentioned here.
Eli, JP, Peyton, or Romo?

For all the hype that surrounded Eli, and even worse, -for all the Giants sacraficed to get him into NY... he's a bigger bust than JP.

All those weapons on offense, and he's nothing more than a fringe average QB.

That's why they're 8-3 and we're 5-6. OK.

Manning, the younger, did okay this weekend.

No team needed a late-season comeback victory more than the Giants, and no quarterback needed it more than Manning. In three of the last four years, New York saw promising seasons collapse in the second half. Since 2003, the Giants are 27-13 in the first half of the season and, going into Sunday, were 9-26 in the second half. And Manning was coming off the worst game of his four-year career, a four-interception debacle against Minnesota, which returned three of them for touchdowns.

I'm glad they won. I can't stand the Bears.

Agreed.
