View Full Version : Bills QBs 1997-2007 (After Kelly)

Todd Collins
Billy Joe Hobert
Rob Johnson
Doug Flutie
Alex Van Pelt
Drew Bledsoe
Kelly Holcomb
JP Losman
Trent Edwards**TBD

Not to mention the horrid backups:

Travis Brown
Shane Matthews
Craig NallIs it any wonder we haven't made the playoffs since 1999? Granted there are alot of other reasons (namely our owner who can't pick a good GM if it fell out of the sky and on his head), but still. You can't have any kind of success with having (on average) a new QB every year. We need some luck here....hopefully TE is it.

That list is depressing.

Compare it to post Marino QB's in Miami and you might feel a little better

Denver, Miami, and Buffalo all have had their struggles replacing their legend quarterback.

Give Green Bay credit for taking their guy and bringing him along slowly.

One of those guys has a Superbowl ring now though, at least we can say we had a Superbowl Quarterback on our roster at one time. Okay, I know that was lame but thats the mood I am in after yesterday!

Their legend quarterback is still playing. Like an MVP. I would love to have that luxury...

Agreed, although it looks like Denver has their guy in Cutler (who by the way we had a shot at)

What guy?

When Favre retires Green Bay will be in the same mess the Bills have been in.

Maybe.

Maybe not.

The kid has had plenty of time to learn.

The kid's contract will be up before Favre retires at this point.

Aside from The Little General and The Holcomator - the names on are pretty sorry. Also Bledsoe probably would have fared better if he played during the Butler/Phillips regime.

Hopefully The Young Gun is the guy we've waited 10 years for or this franchise is truly heading for the NFL abyss.

Actually, two of them do: Drew Bledsoe and Rob Johnson.
