All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Is Eli Manning the same as Losman except in a weaker division?

this kid hasn't progressed either. and he has more receivers, a weaker league, and a better running game. Perhaps losman would be better in a weaker NFC division.
Manning also has gilbride as his QB coach, so that says something.

No Manning has been to the playoffs 2 times already, and will likely make it 3 straight years despite the Giants latest nov/dec meltdown. He'll never be his brother, but he'll most certainly have a job in this league a lot longer than Losman.
Losman is the bust of the 2004 draft and there's no doubt about that anymore given the success of the other 3 QB's drafted ahead of him that year. Big Ben already has a ring and Rivers is also a good QB despite his ups and downs early on in his career.
Re: Is Eli Manning the same as Losman except in a weaker division?
as much as i've lost faith in Losman, he's always been neck and neck with manning, with less talent around him. and losman throws out some dud games against good teams, but he would not have been schooled like that at home against the vikings.
Sure he might struggle, but when he struggled at home, the games were always close. And as bad as he is, he's never thrown 3-4 picks with TD's attached to them.
Maybe JP's life after buffalo would be best suited in the NFC where he can thrive off beating weak teams.
