Forked from: Something interesting from Del Rio on beating us. (http://www.billszone.com/fanzone/showpost.php?postid=2218829)

Parrish is a guy they should work into the offense more, because he is electric in the open field. I was wondering if the kid had the necessary toughness early in his career, but he has shown signs of coming into his own as a playmaking threat. He should get the ball more.

They should make it a rule that Parrish get a couple bubble screens and a reverse in every game. Heck, get creative and line him up in the backfield at times and have him flare out to the flat or direct snap to him.

Totally agree get Parrish the ball more 5-10 per game why not at this point. Everytime he touches it you get this feeling he will take it the distance you now the other teams feel the same way. Why on earth would you not get the ball to your fastest player - hell we did it pop warner/high school it works. I just can not get past the concept of not trying something different the bills are just so predictable at times if we notice as fans just imagine the opposing coaches they must be licking their chops.

Some other questions
1-Why is Freddie Jackson not playing or at least getting a chance? He seems to be really motivated, runs hard has some quickness and is a change of pace back we could use when Lynch is back?
2-Is it me or does Evans run pretty bad routes he seems to go 15-20 yards deep everytime and we rarely even attempt to throw the ball downfield?
3-Roscoe should get the ball on reverses, quick screens, deep balls.
4-Robert Royal/Gaines. Well i dont think either is the answer at TE they are decent receivers and the plays they have desinged for them seem to work yet we dont use very much
5-Terrence McGee on a couple offensive plays - hell at least use him/Roscoe as a decoy run deep takes away two DB's at least for Evans/Reed

Bottom line is the coaches have to switch it up, design some successful plays with the talent they have. Players have to execute. Even the best drawn up play looks like crap when the QB is running for his life or throws the ball into the ground

Parrish will see the ball more this week and Jackson is being considered as the starter for this week.

Roscoe could be our Wes Welker - a safety dumpoff in the slot for those short yardage situations.

Agreed. Roscoe should be getting more looks on the offense.

The little fella was already vocal about his frustration with Losman and the offense last week. And what's really sad is that Parrish was getting better each week with Edwards (you know a QB that knows how to distribute the fooball and not lock down on Lee Evans every play).

Expect big things from Parrish the rest of the season and in 2008 now that he has a competent QB behind center.

I think it's time for Jauron to implement the Roscoe Ratio!

Anyone remember the Randy Moss ratio with the Vikings?

This argument has now come full circle. It wasn't too long ago that everybody was *****ing that the OC called too many wide receiver screens and reverses with Parrish because they always failed.

The reverse to Parrish was a great call, but it's perceived in that manner because it was executed properly. If Peters failed to seal the end and then peel off to block the corner, or Evan's wasn't blocking down field, and Parrish lost yardage or got minimal gain it would have just been more fuel for the 'get rid of Fairchild' fire.
