Last time I remember a pass interference call before this game was early October last year telling discipline has improved greatly for this team or my memory is not good. There may have been a few whistles for pass interference but either they were thrown out, declined or reviewed.

I was :shocked: at that revelation

However, it should have been defensive holding not PI

Correct. Pass interference only occurs when the ball is in the air and the WR has a chance to catch it. The tugging on the sleeve was defensive holding.

That's because frequently on passes our defender isn't close enough to get called for PI...:couch:

I was listening on the radio and Paul Peck said that was the first since the Bears game last year!

Yep.

Hard to get called for PI when the defender is usually a good 5 yards away from the WR at all times.

Game on 10/8 was last game I remember. I would think the CBS crew would have known that with all of the statistians they have but they spent most of their time commenting on Redsucks and Taylor issue.
