I think Ricky Williams needs to complain because he had tons of second hand smoke while his pot burned, lol:

Henry claimed his positive drug test for marijuana was because he was a victim of secondhand smoke. Faced with the possibility of getting a one-year suspension because he's been a past offender, Henry even took his case to a federal court.

I don't know what's more ******ed, TH claiming that he was around the second hand pot smoke or the NFL for believing him, after several times testing positive.

Isn't there a personal conduct rule or something???? If he's hanging out somewhere with enough pot smoke to test positive, should he really be there?

He took and passsed a lie detector test and submitted hair samples. Apparently the levels found in the samples are in line with the story he gave.

Better company absolutley, was he telling the truth....likely....or some variation of it anyway, should he be suspended for a year for hanging out with idiots....no.

If that were the case half the nfl would be gone.

You can not get away with that for security clearance blood screens so attending BillsZone tailgates is out but the agreement with NFLPA is completely different! In it they specify offenses and 2nd hand smoke is not one of them. Even for the designer drugs which act just like the real thing they had to be negotiated.

You say this because youre ignorant to the story as a whole, very likely the methods of testing used and thier results as well as previous cases.

For the kids in the back, THC is stored in the hair follicles and can be detected for upwards of 3 years depending on frequency of use and the amount of hair collected.

Do you think the NFL isnt thorough in its testing methods? Especially for repeat offenders?

Henry passed a lie detector test, one he isnt smart enough to trick. He submitted hair samples and reportedley the traces were almost barely detectable. A hair sample isnt like a piss test in case you were confused.

So as you can see youre brilliant argument about a haircut doesnt hold much water.

Travis simply fought the system and won. Good for him. Hopefully he spends less time with idiots or making babies, and more time playing football.
