9 I think.

1 in every round, 1 extra in the 3rd and 6th I believe. Although it might be the 7th. The Holcomb/Takeo/Walker trades threw me off.

I know they have Baltimore's 3rd and 6th rounder (and the 3rd should be a good pick, they're 4-8 and face Indy this week).

The Bills also got Chicago's 5th rounder after trading Darwin Walker.

I'm pretty sure they're getting Philly's 7th rounder in the Spikes/Holcomb deal as well.

Actually we got a 3rd and 7th last year for McGahee and only get Baltimore's 3rd this year. Yet think you're right on other picks but pretty sure both were conditional so unsure what the actually conditions were to acquire said picks.

10 picks.....With all these picks i see us moving around on draft day....This years draft is very crucial to our team..we have a chance to fill some needs DE-WR-TE CB and get some quality depth on the O-line and OLB core...in the later rounds

I know it isn't a given yet, but we can most likely plan on seeing another draft pick in there for the JP trade that will occur in the off season. Maybe a 5th round pick unless we trade for a conditional 2009 pick for him.

Just because we have 10 picks in the draft doesn't mean crap when most of them are outside the 3rd round. Multiple 5th's and 7th's? WOW! Impress me!

Dockery signing counters the loss of Clements

Walker signing counters the loss of Fletcher

Signing (or loss) of a player to 1 yr vet min does not count in comp. pick formula

But the Bills did not sign an UFA that would counter the loss of Mike Gandy

Thus, Bills could qualify for a late rd pick, 6th or 7th rd

Good players can be found in those rounds (and undrafted) - they just have to do their homework. More picks is good - I don't care what round. To me, the extra 3 and 5 are pretty good bonuses.
