ok so i initially said i like the feel of dick then after he boneheaded a few key games away over the last couple seasons said i didnt and now have said i do again because he hasnt done it in a while
i suddenly have the strange feeling i am being watched
well it also seems to me that another pattern has emerged that dick isnt as great in prosperity as he is in crisis. right now seems to be a time of prosperity for him, what with all the accolades about his brilliant job of coaching this mash unit into contention so late in the season. getting the artist formerly known as chunky tuna to prop him for coty only adds to the scary momentum
so what would be the worst possible thing that could happen now? yes, a loss to the owens
and what could be the worst possible way to lose to the owens? a late game coaching botchification that squanders a lead and opens the door for an aquatic cripple to steal one from the rockpile
one could say it has dick prints all over it
what could it be this time? having a rookie pass over the middle with a late lead? going for a redzone fourth down instead of taking a chipshot that would put the good guys up by two scores? or maybe something new like punting from their twentyfive or calling two ice timeouts in a row?
now that ive said it out loud and in advance im hoping the football gods are confused enough to misfire their typical wretched bills arrow
