Bills Offer Charlie Rogers a Contract

Excerpt from the USAToday.com Bills team report 3/31/2003:

—The Bills have decided to offer return specialist Charlie Rogers a contract. Rogers had a disappointing season, particularly on punt returns, and newly signed Bobby Shaw could assume the punt return duties. Rogers could then concentrate on kickoffs.

I agree Clump. I'd like to see him here specifically for KR. I'm willing to bet he was low balled though.
