All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
I would hope that if he plays, he gets eased back in there. With Jackson, there isn't any rush to get Lynch back in there.
On a side note, I can't wait to see if Dumbchild has the brains to have them both in the backfield at the same time. Can you imagine the different types of runs we could be successful with using misdirections and counters?
What is he 80% healthy? Is it really necassary? Fred Jackson should be fine against the fins. We'd really need Marshawn against cleveland.
we barely beat the Fish WITH Marshawn last time. I believe the difference in the game was one of those plays where he practically willed the ball into the endzone.

Yeah..... It will be exactly the same if the O-Line doesn't open up bigger holes.

I prefer him to be the backup on Sunday. Or not play at all. Fred Jackson and Dwayne Wright will be fine. Plus we will need a 100% Marshawn Lynch against the Browns next week way more than this week IMO.

Unless we lose.
Then it would have been the stupidest decision in history if he was healthy enough to help us win.

If he's healthy enough to play without causing any setbacks, I say let him play, but on a limited basis. I think getting at least a few carries in a real game before heading to Cleveland would be a benefit.
